Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping
We offer shipping with 3 carriers:

1. USPS
2. DHL
3. Fedex, but only with your account info

We have selected these shipping firms to offer our customers reliable options for price/delivery speed. After we produce your order, we necessarily entrust the package to the company that you select. If your package does not arrive in the time specified, please let us know because we would like to deal only with the best and most reliable. However, because of various forms of extreme weather, or issues within such company, we will not be liable for refunding your order because it was not delivered in the time expected. If delivery by an absolute deadline is required, FedEx is famously the best.

Note: Unless yours was a special request, color-matched job, we do not have control over the dye-batches of our 3rd party suppliers and it is entirely normal to anticipate slight variability in the color of the clothing. Color descriptions are those made by our suppliers.

Returns
To return an unused item, please:

1. Complete a Return Request form.
2. Await an approval code via email before sending it back.
3. Send it *in (or with)* the packaging in which it was shipped to you.

For items that are returned according to the specified procedure listed above: There may be a 5% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Returns received, but that do not conform to this return policy, shall not be eligible for refund.
